Happy New Year! Empty
PostSubject: Re: Happy New Year!   Happy New Year! EmptyFri Jan 02, 2009 1:02 am

I'm late but Happy New Year! I didn't really do much. I sat at home and watched the fireworks at Seattle Center on TV and then I saw the ball drop in New York for the very first time. Personally, I don't really see what's so special about it but I guess you have to see it in person...

Dictionary Definition : Jane: Also known as "Ally," "Allison," and "freshmeat," this female Homo Sapiens specimen has proven herself a strong member of the Literary Cabinet world. One can recognize "Jane" by her taste in, especially older, men, many of them classic fictional characters, as well as her distinct fear of drama class auditions. Like many of the other species in the Literary Cabinet Universe, she is crazy in her own right.

I had a great New Year. We went to my aunt's house, had a bonfire, played darts, and hung out together. I love New Year's because the adults always get drunk, and I suddenly become the smartest person in the room.

I also had my first taste of vodka (with my uncle's permission, of course. He gave me and my cousin a chance to drink some while the other parents weren't looking). Yummy.

Happy New Year, though! lol!

Lame? Your New Years? You watched a movie across midnight. I was dueling the Pokemon League in Pokemon Diamond on my DS across midnight.

Counting in the time zone difference, we must have been doing exactly the same thing at the same time. Eerie. Very Happy

Ha, ha. So both of us have been playing videogames over the new year. Anyone else also play videogames across the New Year?

Hell yes. I played Pokemon Diamond again, even though there's nothing to do there anymore. I just beat the Elite Four for the God knows how many times already. lol! Oh, and before it struck midnight, we played Wii Fit, Grand Theft Auto and Guitar Hero. Fun, fun!

I was playing the Sims up until about 11:58, but then I watched the ball drop. I played Sims after that, though, until about 1 a.m.

Happy New Year!

I celebrated by playing the Sims until the ball dropped, and then I watched that with my mom. Then I watched the Twilight Zone marathon going on on the SciFi channel like it does every year (That's what I'm doing now, too.) until about 6 a.m. Then I crashed in the chair, and woke up. Then I checked my email and found that my latest question had been reported. That's all so far.

Happy 2009 to everyone! banana

My New Year celebration was great! We had a party at my dad's uncle's house and ate, had chit-chat, played Wii Fit, Guitar Hero, Grand Theft Auto IV. We stayed up till 2 am. We watched the countdown and fireworks display at the Space Needle in Seattle, but from the TV. My uncle gave me the Sims 2 Apartment Life for the PC! I was so psyched! I can't wait to install it.

Dictionary Definition : Rodent - Homo Rodentiensis is a typical LC creature. Always ready to laugh about stupidity, this being has long occupied a special moderator status on the LC. As one of the very few LC creatures who actually can get and keep a partner, she is the object of constant envy. Though madness is not part of the average Rodents characteristics, this particular feature can at times be subject to change, especially when striken by severe sleep deprivation.
