I will, as soon as 1) I have the money. (Pesos (php) and dollars ($) do not work well) 2) I have the time. Since I'll be moving to Canada I'm going to get Canadian dollars, not US dollars so I'll order it at Canada's local bookstore, Chapters. Thank God they have it.

I'm very overprotective over my books. I never stretch it too much for fear of the pages falling out of its staples. (My Archie Comics have been victims!) I rarely lend my books; only when it's beaten-up old paperbacks that have been ruined long ago.

When my books get damaged, I curse, then return to normal. I don't really throw fits if I was the one who damaged it. I freak out when I see somebody ruining my books, though. How unfair of me... *giggles*

Well like I said, I don't mind underlining/highlighting things, but I hate seeing pages dog-eared and covers wrecked, spines cracked, etc.

I write in my books all the time. It really helps me remember the information (esp. for an English test...). Dog-eared pages are probably my biggest pet-peeve with regard to books. I hate folded pages within a book, unless I'm absolutely desperate to hold my place and there is nothing around (which never happens)...

I take what I have and love it. If it gets beat up a little bit, I don't pitch a fit, but I try to keep what I have in good condition.

You should have seen my Harry Potter 1 & 4 books. I tortured them. The Sorcerer's Stone was left out in the rain and has no cover. The Goblet of Fire broke in half several times, was repaired with duct tape, and then was finally lost.

The very worst that I've ever done to book (that I can remember) was accidentally rip the cover off.

Besides, it's the story inside that counts.

I try not to do that with my paperbacks, but they feel kind of uncomfortable until the spine cracks.

I tracked the product down in Amazon, and I think I'll get one. $10.36 + tax isn't too bad. Besides, I think my mom will prefer that I vent on a book instead of taking it out on my sisters.
