Dictionary Definition : Jane: Also known as "Ally," "Allison," and "freshmeat," this female Homo Sapiens specimen has proven herself a strong member of the Literary Cabinet world. One can recognize "Jane" by her taste in, especially older, men, many of them classic fictional characters, as well as her distinct fear of drama class auditions. Like many of the other species in the Literary Cabinet Universe, she is crazy in her own right.

Mine was okay. I went to Washington DC for the first time in April, I started high school, I was introduced to some great authors (Stephen King, Anne Bronte, Harper Lee, etc), and I started Y!A.

Not the most exciting year, but it was still fun.

Dictionary Definition : Zara Sahana 007- Also known as "Zara," this abnormal specimen of the female gender of Homo Sapiens exhibits various bizarre behaviors. The most common of these include James Bond obsession, video game fever, and perhaps the strangest of all, a certain fondness for mathematics. Similar to other Homo Sapiens of the Literary Cabinet world, Zara Sahana 007 displays procrastination in brilliant forms, but will not admit to her oddball ways

My 2008 was just hectic. I didn't feel like I had too much time to just sit down and enjoy myself--one of the many reasons why I love Y!A and LC. It gives me a nice break and I got to meet all you awesome people...

It was an awesome year. I got introduced to some great literature and of course this forum where I found a lot of people to talk to and befriend. I got my very first TC badge after 2 years of being on Y!A and I discovered the genius of Edgar Allen Poe. I got to play soccer again without any serious injuries until the last few games at least and I'm proud to say that I'm team player with the most improvement (seeing as I've only been playing for two years and my skills match those of a few others who've been playing their whole lives). I got and lost my first job after two weeks because the store closed but at least I got to work with my best friend for a while. Of course, there's always downsides, like me getting introduced to Twilight and a lot of personal conflicts with a certain friend of mine and I discovered that i hate cellphones even though I have one...

Dictionary Definition : Louisa Lynn--a unique specimen of the female gender of Homo Sapiens that has almost everything in common with another species: Homo Sapiens Zarasahanous. This specimen is always found with Asian (Filipino) descent and is a loyal friend to the "good side" during the epic Choco War. A common mutualistic companion found with this specimen is a Pokemon (most likely, the epic Arceus). This species is closely related to the species Homo Sapiens Tourterelleous. Common names include Lynn's Angel.

*Sigh* This has been one of hell of a year. All in all, a good yet bumpy ride that I thoroughly enjoyed. Started college, got some good and bad grades, family problems, relationship issues, betrayals, lovely trips, my stay here in Canada, the-thing-that-must-not-be-named, and most of all, meeting you guys. I rediscovered Y!A at the right time. I was a member since 2006, but gave up when I found it boring and couldn't understand the concept. While vacationing, I just clicked Y!A out of boredom and tried to get the gist of it. I'm glad that I met all of you wonderful people and good luck in the new year ahead! I love you I love you

Dictionary Definition : Rodent - Homo Rodentiensis is a typical LC creature. Always ready to laugh about stupidity, this being has long occupied a special moderator status on the LC. As one of the very few LC creatures who actually can get and keep a partner, she is the object of constant envy. Though madness is not part of the average Rodents characteristics, this particular feature can at times be subject to change, especially when striken by severe sleep deprivation.

My year was great, kinda blurry but great. I had my son in May and after that everything is kinda fuzzy. Probably due to lack of sleep. I discovered Y!A and followed Solveig when she founded this place.

Moi? I had a decent year. Like you, I have Yahoo Answers, this forum, and all you wonderful people. I also began my third year of French and am doing well, much to my own amazement. I learned to tolerate relatives I loathe, and I think (hope) I became a better person.

Mine was pretty good. I was introduced to some wonderful books and movies, I saw Phantom of the Opera twice, I had my biggest part in a play yet (okay, it was just an intermediate character, in summer camp, of the opposite gender, no less, but still, it was cool), I started high school, I began to learn French, and, of course, I discovered Yahoo!Answers. On the bad side was the fact that I got some low grades (and my first GPA under a 3.0), and...actually, I can't think of much else.

Et toi?
