| Hi, I'm Carrie, from the States. I'm a English and German Language major, 20 years old, and probably a txt-talker's worst nightmare.
I'm a nice enough person, but as someone told me, "You don't tolerate stupid well".
It's fairly true, but I try to be better. Otherwise I'd go around ticked off 90% of the time.
I was born and raised in Tennessee, and love Appalachian literature. I also am very Eurocentric in my literary preferences (I'm sorry... until the 1800s American lit is just... ugh.). I am a poet and a writer, and have been for as long as I can remember. According to my mom I was four when I sat and spieled out an epic love story: it involved murder and romance, crimes of passion and danger, heroism and cuttlebones. It was about our two parakeets.
I love music in most forms (Yes, I can name at least one musician in most genres I at least like) and while my tastes in art sometimes run strange, I admit I find a lot of beautiful things on deviantArt, if I have the patience to sift through bad fanart and anime.

This forum is great; I am now going to forever have imprinted the vision of it being a treehouse-fort, though. I always wanted one of those!
