| Hi everyone!
Just to let you all know that I accidentally deleted my old LC account last night (long story) and have created a new one.
For the benefit of anyone who doesn't know me, I'm Kathryn. I live in Adelaide, which, for the benefit of my friends overseas, is the capital of South Australia and is known as the "city of churches and pubs". I have degrees in English Literature and Marketing. I enjoy writing, get the occasional piece of work published and get a whole lot more rejection slips.
Love the new Christmas look, by the way.

This specimen is known to work long hours but still makes time to commingle with fellow LC denizens. This being has a peculiar sense of humor and has been observed to shun smilies, although this aversion has been lessening as of late. Registration date : 2009-02-06

| Thanks everyone.
Lillian, my summer is going well. Lots of trips to the beach - I'm lucky to live within walking distance of one of the nicest beaches in SA. It's a good place to relax in the evenings - my work has been very, very busy in the lead up to Christmas, so it's good to chill for an hour or so, or maybe walk along the jetty. (Sorry if that doesn't make sense to anyone.)

- Kathryn And here I am wondering if it'll look stupid if I put on a fourth jumper. Not fair.

| Ah, yes, but at least all of you in the Northern Hemisphere get to have snow at Christmas. | |

True. More snow than we can handle, actually *g* I wake up every morning to the sound of people cursing while they try to scratch the thick layer of ice off of their cars
