| Hi all,
Well, I suppose since I started this thing, I should be the one who introduces herself first...
My name is Solveig, I am 23 and from Germany. I am still a student, but hopefully that'll be done with in 2009. My fields of study are English and History, as well as Pedagogy, and when I'm finished, I'll be a teacher.
I have always loved writing and reading. My mum has kept the first story I "wrote" (more like, dictated) when I was three years old, and ever since, I've been writing. Most of it is sappy love fiction, especially the stuff I did in my early teens - I blush thinking of it, really. Only in the last three or four years have I started experimenting with more serious issues and genres.
Reading is one of my favourite pastimes, I usually have at least one book around me, and I reread many of them. At the moment, I am completely into Jane Austen, mainly because I am working on a paper, but also just for pleasure.
So much for now... I'm excited to see how this will work out!
